3. Precedence One communications system

Precedence Holdings operates an internal business-management and communications platform known as Precedence One.

Communications received through authorised business channels may be captured and organised within Precedence One so that authorised staff can manage enquiries and maintain an appropriate communication history.

This may include communications received through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email and other authorised business channels.

Information from different communication channels may be associated with the same customer or business relationship where reasonably necessary to provide continuity of service and maintain accurate records.

4. Sharing of information

Personal information is only made available to persons who require access for legitimate business purposes.

This may include authorised employees, managers, service providers and technology providers who assist us in operating our systems and delivering our services.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Where external technology providers process information on our behalf, we seek to use appropriate access controls and security measures.

When you communicate with one of our businesses through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, information may also be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's own terms and privacy policies.

Precedence Holdings may use authorised Meta APIs and webhooks to receive and manage business communications within Precedence One.

We only use information received through these services for legitimate business, customer-service, administrative and operational purposes.

6. Email communications

Emails sent to or received from authorised Precedence Holdings business email addresses may be stored within our communications and business-management systems where necessary for customer service, administration and record keeping.

7. Information security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Access to internal systems is restricted according to authorised roles and business requirements.

8. Retention of information
